Delivery, Terms & Conditions
All orders will be sent via registered post when possible or any other courier service company when necessary (UPS, FedEx, etc... ) to all UK, European, US and other destinations. Please check with us if in doubt. Our hats are sold in Pounds Sterling, instant conversion in any currency when paying online. Hats and shipping must be paid for in full on line by credit card or Paypal before we start shipping your hat(s). The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legalisation. Due to the nature of the hats and accessories, we have a strict no return or no exchange policy. If your hat or accessory has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours after reception.
IMPORTANT: If an alternative method of transport or any other specific courier service company is preferred, please contact us before placing your order and we will be able to provide a quote. We shall contact you by email to confirm your order and discuss shipping methods and shipping costs. Upon acceptation of the shipping quote and confirmation of your order, we will send you an "Order Number". Hats and shipping must be paid for in full on line by credit card or Paypal before we start shipping your hat(s).
To take a head measurement: please place a tape measure 1 cm above your eyebrows and wrap around your head. This should feel comfortable and not tight. The measurement can be in inches or in centimetres.
